With 135 of 262 polls reporting, incumbent Joël Godin, of the Conservative Party, is projected to be re-elected in Portneuf—Jacques-Cartier. As of 11:17 p.m., Godin has 13,886 of 26,738 votes (51.93%).

Antonin Leroux, of the Liberal Party, is in second place with 7,010 votes (26.22%) and Christian Hébert, of the Bloc Québécois, is in third with 4,834 votes (18.08%).
